By means of the Website, ‘JobsCapital’ makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service, where employers place advertisements for positions which they have and if interested you may submit responses to such positions (the "Services").
The Services are only available on the completion of the registration section of the Website including confirmation that the relevant terms and conditions have been read and accepted.

1.2 Changing Your Personal Information

You can access and modify your personal information by signing on to the website. We will not modify the information provided by you. However, we recommend that you update your personal information as soon as such changes are necessitated.

1.3.1 Sign up with a job seeker account and make your CV and details anonymous only allowing employers to whom you have sent your CV to have access to your contact information and personal details.

1.3.2 Sign up with a job seeker account and make your resume and contact details available to all employers.

Only employers who have registered and are logged in are allowed to view non-anonymous CV profiles of job seekers.

1.3.3 JobsCapital.com is not responsible for the use of information taken from a CV by an employer browsing      our posted CVs or after a job seeker has submitted the CV directly to an employer

1.3.4 Job Seekers need to examine the CV publishing option that best suits their own needs; this may include making their CV anonymous to employers. It is also the jobseekers responsibility to choose what information they would like to give out employers/recruiters when applying for positions.

1.4 Job Seeker Privacy

We will not disclose your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent on the website, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material on this site.

1.5 Account Protection

Your password is the key to your account. You shall be solely responsible for all the activities happening under your username and you shall be solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not disclose your password to anyone. JobsCapital.com has taken all reasonable steps to ensure job postings are valid however we cannot guarantee that all employer postings are reputable and would like invoke caution to all job seekers to take a duty of care when interacting with potential employers including their safety and rights. We do not accept any responsibility or liability from the misinformation of job postings. As a precaution, all job postings are subject to a random manual check and are subject to removal at any time.

2.4 Termination Policy

The customer may terminate the provision of services from JobsCapital.com under any order form by no less than 30 days notice to expire at the end of a contract month. Termination by the customer before the end of the contract term may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire contract term.

All the services which we provide to candidates are entirely gratuitous and we are not obliged to maintain or continue any services offered to candidates on this Website.


3.1 Permitted and Prohibited Uses

User shall be responsible for use of the web-site, for any entries/posts/blog that he/she uploads/makes, and for any consequences arising thereof. The User agrees that he/she shall use the web-site in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations, as applicable from time to time, including without limitation IT laws and laws relating to unfair competition, antidiscrimination, false advertising and defamation.
